Pinnacle Real Estate Ventures is a full service residential real estate development company with a highly successful and diverse track record.

Together, the principals have experience in all facets of residential development. The company holds a General Engineering (“A” License), as well as a General Contracting (“B” License) and is capable of any development need from major infrastructure through vertical construction of single and multi-family dwellings.

Our experience gives us a tremendous advantage over passive real estate investors in that we can underwrite assets under many different value-added strategies. Additionally, we have the capability to change strategy on a particular asset (for example turn a entitlement project into a homebuilding project) if it is desired by our investors.
